Abstract: In this paper,the effects of mice memory were studied merely by jumping platform experiment and avoiding darkness experiment with three doses respectively as 13.5,41.0 and 61.0μg/kg hupzine A.The results showed that hupzine A has the obvious effects on improving both the reappearance ability of passive avoidance and the avoiding darkness response.So hupzine can have the function to promote memory and improvement symptom of Alzheimers disease.
