Abstract: The optimum growth temperature.fermantation time,vibration velocity and fermantation liquid contentsof Lentinus edodes showed 25℃,96h.200rpm,and 60ml,respectively.The emulsion of 0.8% Toween-80 or 15 pearl ofglass bead got also the optimum yield of hypha.The optimum liquid medium seleted with Lg(3)4 test method revealeda juice of beau sprout containing 2% maize powder, 1 .0% beau powder with free lipe.0. 1 % yeast extracted and 0.5%glucose.
