Abstract: A method for measurement of glutathione in tomato by OPA pre -- column deriration is described . The sample is treated simply through shivering, oscillating, centrifuging, deriration and separated by DOS C-- 18 columm. The mobile phase is 60% 0. 15mol/ L sodium acetdate (pH7. 0). The fluorescence detector wavelength is EX 340 nm and EM 420nm and its recorery is from 99. 78 to 99. 87%. Coefficient of variation is 1. 19% .
