Abstract: China is an agricultural country .It has considerable output of maize ,but for a long time the maize industry in Chinahas not been developed ideally .So according to the simple structure of the Chinese maize industry ,the general processing andutilization were rather limited. This paper introduced the orientation and development of maize industry home and abroad andseveral methods of comprehensive processing were reviewed.
