Abstract: We used glucose oxidase (GOD) and horseradish peroxidase (POD) as material to construct glucose biosensor. On the conditions of pH 6. O, 3O℃, and stirring, the sensor worked effectively. Its average responsing time was 2～5 min, the linear measurable range was O～300 μg/ml, and the duration time was about 15 days.
