Research on Production of Air-filled Transport Cases for Preservation of Fresh Eggs

Abstract: With the development of poultry industry and with the increase of people’ s demand for fresh eggs and egg products,the productionoffresheggs is steady,increasing,soitbrings abouttheproblems ofpreservation,backage and transportation of fresh eggs.According to the features of fresh -egg pre servation and the requirement of tra nsport con-ditions,the gas -filled transport case for preservation of fresh eggs wa s developed successfully.The experiments for testingthevibrationoffreely -fallingbodyandthevibrationduringtr ansportationhaveprovedthatsuchg os -filledwas a good solution to the problems of the breakage of fresh eggs and the fallin g apart of yolk in fresh egg’ s preservation and transportation.Meanwhile,suchcase could also make eggs fresh for a lon ger time.
