Capillary Electrophoresis Analyses of Lead,Cadmium and Copper in Milk Powder

Abstract

Abstract: Capillaryzoneelectrophoresis(CZE)wasusedtodetermineLead,CadmiumandCopperinmilkpowder.Inthesolution(pH=4.0)containing10mmol/Lofbenzylamineand10mmol/Lofglycolicacid,3inonicsampleswereseparatedin12min,detectedat214nmbyindirectUVabsorption,andquantifiedexternally.Samplesweredetermined5timeswithRSDlowerthan1.6%and97.8%～102.2%recoverd.Theresultshowedthatthemethodwasconvenientandrapidwithhighsensitivity,goodreproductivityandlowcost.
