Study on the Optimum Storage Temperature of Bitter Melon

Abstract: Fruits of bitter melon (Momordica charantiaL.) were separately stored at 6℃for 6 days and stored at 11℃for 15 days showed chilling symptoms with typical chill-induced respiratory and increaing ethylene production after being transterred to 20℃room fovtest.The optimum storage temperature of bitter melon was 13℃.
