Determination Sugar in the Starch Syrup by Capillary Gas Chromatography

Abstract: In this paper,determination method of the contating sugar samples derived and extracted is discussed by capillary gas chormatography.The sugar content in the starch syrup is determined.The results show that the method is handy and dependable.The relative standard deviation of the method is smaller than 4%.
