Research Progress in Processing and Utilization of Fresh Corn

Abstract: Fresh corn processing industry has developed rapidly in recent years, and is characteristics of gradual maturation, product diversity and significant economic benefits. In this paper, the research progress in processing and application of fresh corn is summarized; current problems and solutions of fresh corn processing in our country are discussed, which will provide a reference for the deep processing of fresh corn.
