Abstract:
In order to effectively reduce or prevent the occurrence of food safety issues, the identification of potential risks of agricultural product supply chains and critical control points is an important issue for China’s agricultural product safety supervision and management. From the perspective of agricultural product supply chain management, this article aims at identifying the weak links of agricultural product supply chains by causal path analysis of food safety events related to agricultural products and determining the key points for risk control of agricultural products, and further establishing a food safety and quality supervision system in which supervisors, supervisees and consumers are involved to prevent food safety incidents related to agricultural products by combination with advanced technical support.
