Abstract: A ELISA and Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatograph-Mass-Mass(UPLC-MS-MS) spectrometry method was developed for the determination of zearalenone in corn samples. Samples were extracted with acetonitrile-water-acetic acid(70:29:1) and then determined by ELISA and UPLC-MS-MS. In the study, special attention was given to the stability of the system and the matrix effects frequently observed in the process. The recovery purification problem for UPLC-MS-MS sample was also critically studied. Proper approaches dealing with those problems were obtained. It demonstrated that our analysis method is easy and fast, which could meet the requirements for determination of large amount samples.
