摘要:
以吸水链霉菌(Streptomyces hygroscopicus)CCTCC M203062为出发菌株,采用N离子注入和紫外诱变处理,得到MTG酶活达到7.19 U/ml的高产菌株BB-2。对BB-2再进行紫外诱变,选育出具有较好稳定遗传性的抗2-脱氧-D-葡萄糖的高产突变株DG-1,酶活达到9.21U/ml,比出发菌株提高了118.5%。
