反相离子对色谱法测定蜂王浆中糠氨酸的含量

Determination of Furosine in Royal Jelly by Ion-Pair Reversed Phase Liquid Chromatography

摘要: 研究采用反相离子对色谱法测定蜂王浆中糠氨酸的含量。色谱柱为AtlantisC18柱,乙腈/水(含有5mmol/L庚烷磺酸钠)/甲酸(20:79.8:0.2)为流动相,紫外检测波长280nm。糠氨酸的线性范围在0.25~50mg/L,线性关系良好,线性方程为y=0.2818x+0.0271,相关系数为0.9997,方法的检出限为11.9mg/100g蛋白,加标回收率为96.94%。适用于蜂王浆中糠氨酸的测定。

Abstract: The determination of furosine in royal jelly by ion-pair reversed phase liquid chromatography was carried out.The separation of furosine was accomplished on Atlantis C18 column.Acetonitrile/water(5mmol/L sodium heptane sulfonate)/formic acid(20:79.8:0.2)was used as the mobile phase.It was detected by a UV detector at 280 nm.The linear range was 0.25~50 mg/L with equation of y=0.2818x+0.0271(r=0.9997).The method detection limit of furosine was 11.9 mg/100g protein.The average recoveries was 96.94%.The method is satisfactory for determing furosine in royal jelly.
