蛹虫草航天搭载对活性成分含量的影响

Effects of Cordyceps militaris Space Mutation Treatment on Active Constituent Content

摘要: 目的:明确蛹虫草航天搭载后活性成分含量的变化。方法:以航天搭载蛹虫草及其原始菌株为材料,用高效液相色谱法测定虫草素和腺苷,高碘酸钠比色法测定虫草酸,苯酚-硫酸法测定虫草多糖。结果:航天搭载蛹虫草的虫草素含量较原始菌株提高2.5倍,腺苷含量提高2倍,活性成分总量提高26.2%。结论:航天搭载可大幅度提高蛹虫草的活性成分含量。

Abstract: Taking space mutation treatment Cordyceps militaris and its the primitive strain as a material,determines the cordycepin and adenosine with HPLC,determines the cordyceps acid with periodic acid sodium colorimetry method.The phenol-sulphuric acid method was used in the polysaccharides content.To analysis the change of active constituent content with space mutation treatment.Cordycepin content of space mutation treatment Cordyceps militaris was 2.5 times of primitive strain.At the same time the adenosine content was enhanced 2 times,the active constituent total quantity enhanced 26.2 %.Space mutation treatment enhances the Cordyceps militaris the active constituent content.
