摘要: 以八角茴香油为原料,采用臭氧氧化法制备茴香醛。在单因素试验和Box-Benhnken试验设计基础上,进行试验及回归分析得到最佳工艺参数:氧化反应时间21min,氧化温度8.45℃,复合溶剂配比4.27:1(g/g),收率可达73.6%。验证实验显示,最优条件下实验结果能够很好地与预测值符合。

Abstract: The preparation of anisaldehyde by ozonolysis reaction from star anise oil was studied. The single-factor extraction tests and Box-Behnken design were employed to determine the optimum technological condition. The optimal experiment parameters are: reaction time 21 min, reaction temperature 8.45 ℃, two solvents ratio 4.27:1 (g/g). Confirmatory experiment results showed that the yield is up to 73.6% under above-mentioned conditions.
