白沙枇杷叶黄酮类物质提取工艺的研究

摘要: 本实验测定了白沙枇杷叶中总黄酮的含量,并对白沙枇杷叶黄酮的提取工艺进行了研究。重点探讨了采用乙醇提取法提取白沙枇杷叶黄酮类化合物的最佳工艺条件。实验结果表明:白沙枇杷叶中总黄酮的含量为0.5642%;乙醇提取法的最适工艺参数是浸提剂乙醇浓度为70%、浸提温度为60℃、料液比为1:50、浸提时间为2.5h。研究结果可为利用白沙枇杷叶工业化生产黄酮类药用成分提供科学依据。

Abstract: The content of total flavonoids in white flesh loquat leaves and its extraction technology were studied in research. By means of the methods of ethanol-extracting, the optimum extraction conditions of flavonoids in white flesh loquat leaves were determined. The results showed that the content of total flavonoids in white flesh loquat leaves was 0.5642%, the optimum conditions of ethanol-extracting were obtained as follows: 70% ethanol as extraction solvent at 60 ℃ for 2.5 h, and the ratio of material to solvent was 1:50. This data provided useful pharmaceutic in formation of flavonoids from white flesh loquat leaves.
