普洱茶中有害元素的ICP-MS法分析

摘要: 本实验研究了电感耦合等离子体-质谱(ICP-MS)测定普洱茶中有害元素的方法。在优化实验条件下,方法的检出限为0.007176~0.08740μg/kg,加标回收率为91.09%~104.9%。该法具有操作简便、快速、灵敏度高、准确度好和多种元素同时测定等优点。

Abstract: A new method has been developed for the determination of toxic elements in puer teas by ICP-MS. Under optimum conditions, the detection limits are in the range of 0.007176~0.08740μg/kg, the recoveries are 94.47%~104.9%. This method is simple, rapid and reliable.
