十味中草药提取液的体外抗菌活性研究

摘要: 本文选用黄连、黄柏、黄芩、连翘、厚朴、甘草、艾叶、川芎、金银花及五味子十味中草药水提液,对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、啤酒酵母、黄曲霉及绿色木霉这六种菌进行了体外抗菌试验。目的是通过对抗菌效果的比较,筛选出抗菌活性好的中草药及有效的提取方法。实验结果表明这十味中草药提取液对六种供试菌有不同程度的抗菌效果,其抗细菌活性比抗真菌活性强,其中黄连、黄柏和黄芩提取液的总抗菌活性最强;结果还表明70%乙醇水溶液比水提取药液的抗菌活性要强。

Abstract:  Extracts of 10 selected Chinese herb medicines (Rhizoma Coptidis, Cortex Phellodendri, Radix Scutellariae, Fructus Forsythiae, Cortex Magnoliae officinai1s, Radix Glycytthizae, Folium Artemisiae Argyi, Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma, Flos Lonicerae, Fructus Schisandrae) were tested in vitro against six different microorganisms [bacteria (Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Bacillus subtilis), yeast(Saccharomyces cerevisiae)and find (Aspergillus flavu and Trichoderma viride).T he aim was to compare the antimictrobial effects of plant extracts so as to find the efficient method of extraction The results showed that the 10 plant extracts have certain antimictrobial efficacy, and their antibacterial activity is better than their antifungal activity. The extracts of Rhizoma Coptidis, Cortex Phellodendri and Radix Scutellariae exhibit the best antimicrobial activity; whereas the antimicrobial activity of the 70% aqueous methanol extracts is better than by the water extracts.
