摘要/Abstract

摘要： 采用正交设计对提高天麻素提取纯度研究的结果使用3次ZTC1+1除杂剂、每次加入0.1%活性炭共加3次、使用90%乙醇的组合除杂效果最好。方差分析结果为除杂剂的使用次数、0.1%的活性炭使用次数、乙醇的浓度的除杂效果都达到了极显著水平,这对今后提高天麻素提取纯度的研究有参考价值。

Abstract: This is a research result :Firest - retrieve rate of combination for orthogonality design is use Three eliminote impurity reagent of ZTC 1+1; use three 0.1% active carbon powder; use 90% ethanol. Analyze result of the method and difference: Use number of times factor of eliminote impurity reagent of ZTC 1+1; Use number of times factor of 0.1 % active carbon powder, Factor of ethanol consistency all attain standard of maximal notable. It is had reference value in Increase extraction pureness research of effective composition for Gastrodia elata BL.
