摘要: 本文对L-乳酸发酵所用的菌种、原料、中和剂选取等方面的研究做了综述,并讨论了乳酸发酵液分离提取的现状和技术前景。

Abstract: To summarize the studies of choosing bacterium strains, raw materials and neutralizers in the fermentation of lactic acid was introduced. And in this paper the status and foreground of technology about isolation and extraction to the fermentation liquid of lactic acid were discussed.
