摘要: 从外观、品质方面研究了气调包装、臭氧湿冷和真空预冷技术对芦蒿的保鲜作用。结果表明,控制保鲜袋内原初O2浓度为5%,CO2浓度为10%~15%时,贮藏效果较好;臭氧湿冷可有效抑制霉菌生长,延长芦蒿保鲜期;真空预冷前涂膜并控制芦蒿表面含水量在2.5%~4.5%之间有利于降温和保持品质。

Abstract: From outward appearance and quality, the paper studied MAP techniques with O3 humidity-cool, vacuum cooling for Artemisia storage. It indicated that within the package the primary atmosphere 5% O2 and 10%~15% CO2, within jected O3 of high humidity for wormwood moisture content between 2.5%~4.5% before vacuum cooling could maintain quality well, and prolong storage period.
