微波密闭消解—原子吸收光度法测定食品中镉

摘要: 利用光纤压力自控微波密闭消解技术,在固定微波输出功率及阶梯升压方式加热、加压条件下,分析样与混酸充分混合,快速分解,减少了分析液引入污染的机会,简便、快速、准确;采用正交试验,优选出最佳消解体系,方法的检出限0.10ng/cm3,RSD%为0.52%~1.74%,CV% 97.00%~108.00%,用于食品中镉的测定,结果十分满意。

Abstract: Analyzing sample blending adequately mixed acid by self-controlling technology for cleaning microwave digestionunder the pressure of optical fiber. Rapidly decomposing by adopting increasing ladder pressure and heat under the fixeddeferent power of microware with a simple and convenient, quick, accurate result also reducing analytic liquid polluting.Correctitude across examination was adopted to choose the best digestion system. The detection limit was 0.10ng/cm3, RSD%0.52%~1.74%, CV% 97.00%~108.00%.The method has been used for the determination of Cadmium in foodstuff with asatisfactory result.
