摘要: 研究并分析了蛋膜中角蛋白的提取方法。在对反应时间、温度、酶用量、pH等单因素实验基础上,采用Box-Benhnken响应面分析法系统探讨了蛋膜中角蛋白最优的提取条件。结果表明,在温度64℃、反应时间2.2h、酶用量4.6%和pH9.3时,角蛋白产率可达38.0%,角蛋白的含量可达76.87%。

Abstract: To study and analyze the extraction of keratin from egg-shell membrane. On the base of the single factor experiments and the Box-Benhnken design, the desired conditions of extraction of keratin are concluded. They are 64℃ of the temperature, 4.6% of the enzyme dosage, 2.2 hours of the total reaction time, 9.3of pH. Our present results showing that the yield of keratin was 38.0% and the content of keratin was 76.87% under the above-mentioned conditions.
