摘要: 采用超声波法从花生蔓中提取黄酮类化合物,并建立了花生蔓中总黄酮的光谱分析方法,本法的回收率在95%~106%,变异系数为1.7%,芦丁浓度-吸光度关系的回归方程为:y=0.0118x+0.0106,R2=0.9991。此法操作简便,结果稳定可靠。

Abstract: The ultrasonic method was used to extract falconoid of peanut vines and the total flavonoids were determined by spectrophotometry, the recovery is 95%~106% and the coefficient of variatron is 1.7%. The following regression proved the linearity of the calibration curve: y=0.0118x+0.0106, R2=0.9991. It was found that the content of total flavonoid in peanut vines reaches 2.51%, hence its comprehensive utilization would be very profitable.
