摘要: 时间分辨荧光免疫分析技术是一种建立在免疫吸附分离和时间分辨荧光技术基础上的超灵敏检测方法。这项技术发展迅速,已广泛地应用于诸如临床检测、食品安全快速检测等领域。本文旨在全面地介绍时间分辨免疫荧光分析技术的原理和优点,并对这项技术的研究进展和在食品安全领域的应用作一综述。

Abstract: Time-resolved fluoroimmuoassay(TRFIA), based on immunomagnetic separation and time-resolved fluorometry, is a supersensitive detection method which is developed rapidly for the extensive application in many fields, such as clinical and food safety rapid detection. This paper mainly aims to introduce the principles, the advantages of TRFIA, the reseach progress and application in food safety.
