摘要: 文章介绍了马齿苋海带营养面条的制作工艺、操作要点、配方和产品的特点。此法生产的面条复水快,耐煮,口感好,而且营养丰富,具有药食同源的功效。

Abstract: This paper reports the process of making purslane kelp noodles. The results showed that the noodles are delicious and nutrious, and could give us the nutrious and currative at the same time.
