不同麦类麸皮中无机元素的含量研究

Characterization of Inorganic Elements in Differents Wheat Brans by Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometry

摘要: 建立了电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)法测定了荞麦麸皮、燕麦麸皮和黑麦麸皮中的14种无机元素的分析方法。选择HNO3+H2O2为消解溶剂,麦类麸皮经微波密闭消解后直接分析。通过优化ICP-OES工作条件以及选择待测元素分析线,确保仪器处于最佳工作状态,详细研究了共存元素的光谱干扰及其消除。方法的检出限在0.23~58.80 μg/L范围内;各元素的线性相关系数为0.999 5~0.999 9之间;通过测定国家标准物质小麦(GBW10011),表明方法具有良好的准确性和较高的精密度。麦类麸皮富含大量对人体有益的无机元素。麦类麸皮不仅能为人体提供最适合的膳食纤维,而且还能提供丰富有益的无机元素。

Abstract: An analytical method for determining K, Ca, Mg, P, Na, Al, B, Fe, Mn, Zn, Cu, Sr, Mo and Ba in buckwheat bran, oat bran and rye bran by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES) after microwave digestion with HNO3+H2O2 mixture was established. The optimal conditions of ICP-OES were obtained by optimizing the operating parameters and selecting suitable analysis line of analytes. The spectral interference elimination of coexist elements was also investigated in detail. The results showed that the detection limits of the method were in the range of 0.23~58.80 μg/L. The correlation coefficients were in the range of 0.999 5~0.999 9. As validated by the analysis of reference material GBW10011 (wheat), the method has high precision and good accuracy. The wheat brans contains large amount of inorganic elements which are beneficial to human body. Wheat brans can not only provide the most suitable dietary fiber for human body, but also offer abundant useful inorganic elements.
