Abstract: The peel essential oil of Xuefeng honeyorange were extracted by supercritical CO2 fluid extraction at different extract pressure, extract time and extract temperature(20 MPa,1 h,30 ℃;30 MPa,1.5 h,30 ℃;30 MPa,1 h,40 ℃).The components of essential oil were isolated and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrography after the essential oil and pigment were separated.Result from this experiment showed that 22 kinds of components of the sample were identified at 20 MPa,1 h,30 ℃,and 21 kinds of components of the sample were identified at 30 MPa,1.5 h,30 ℃ and 30 MPa,1h,40 ℃.The study confirmed chemical components of the essential oil and extraction condition have the relevance. For example, the contents of beta-pinene and nerol of the essential oil were increased while temperature were elevated, and the contents of the calarene of the essential oil were increased while pressure were elevated.
