摘要:  就10种蜂蜜及22种糖蜜样品研究了成分对流变特性影响,探索用流变学检验法检验蜂蜜品质快速有效的方法。

Abstract:  Effects of the Compositions of 10 kinds of honey and 22 kinds of sugar honey on rheological characteristic are studied for investigating a fast and effective rheological inspection method for honey quality.
