摘要: 测定酱油、酱料中氯化钠含量的交流示波极谱滴定法:在0.lmol/LNH4Ac溶液中,用硝酸银滴定氯化钠,过量的硝酸银使重铬酸钾切口消失来指示滴定终点。方法简便、快速、惟确。不需脱色等处理可直接用于酱油、酱料中氯化钠含量测定。

Abstract: An oscillopolarograp Hic titration method for the determination of sodium chloride is described in the paper Sodium chloride was titrated by silver nitrate in 0. I mol/l NH4Ac solution Then the excess of silver nitrate reacted with potassium dichromate.The disappecrance of the incission of dichromate on dE/dt-E curves indicated the end point of titrotion The available experimental conditions were proposed The method was directly used to determine sodium chloride in soy sauce and paste without decolorization.
