HPLC法测定新鲜草莓中水溶性维生素

摘要: 采用反相高效液相色谱法测定草莓中水溶性维生素C、B1、B2和烟酸。四种维生素在ODS-5μm反相色谱柱上分离,pH5.66磷酸缓冲液-甲醇(75:25V/V)为流动相洗脱,流速为1ml/min,UV254nm,9min内实现良好分离,其回收率为107.7%~96.1%,变异系数为1.56%~0.912%。样品提取液(经0.45μm滤膜过滤后)可直接上机进样。

Abstract:  A method for determination of water soluble vitamin C,B1,B2 and nicotinic ac id in strawberry by reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography was reported.The four kinds of vitamins were separated on a ODS(5 μ m ) reversed-phase column using a buffer solution of pH 5.66 phosphate salt: methanol=75: 25V/V as the mobil phase at a velocity of 1ml/min and detected bu ultraviolet spectropbotometric detector at 254nm.Good separation was achieved in 9min.The recoveries were 107.7% ~96. 1% and the variation coefficients were 1.56% ~0.912% After through 0.45μ m filter.the extracts of strawberry could be measured directly.
