核蛋白和鱼精蛋白提取工艺的研究

摘要: 研究提取淡水鱼精巢中的核蛋白和鱼精蛋白的工艺条件。采用正交试验法。通过筛选,确定了提取核蛋白的最佳工艺条件为:NaCl浓度为1.0mol/L,NaCl用量为10倍,提取时间1h,95%乙醇用量为2倍。提取鱼精蛋白的最佳工艺条件为:H2SO4浓度为5.0%,H2SO4用量为3倍,提取时间2h,95%乙醇用量为3倍。

Abstract: The extraction process of nucleoprotein and protamine from freshwater fish spermary was studied.The extraction conditions were optimized by using the orthogonal design.In extracting nucleoprotein,NaCl concentration was 1.0mol/L,the volume of NaCl solution was ten times as large as that of fish spermary,extraction time was 1 hour,the volume of 95% alcohol solution was two times as large as that of fish spermary.In extracting protamine,H2SO4 concentration was 5.0%,the volume of H2SO4 and 95% alcohol solution were three times as large as those of fish spermary,extraction time was two hours.
