DPPH·分光光度法测定抗坏血酸

摘要: 基于抗坏血酸对DPPH·的清除作用,建立了一种测定抗坏血酸的简便、灵敏的新方法。该法检出限为5×10(-8)/ml,标准曲线在7×10(-8)~7×10(-6)/ml范围内呈线性,相对标准偏差为3.5%(C=3.3×10(-7)g/ml,n=6)。本法可用于纯溶液、药片及蔬菜中抗坏血酸的测定。

Abstract: A simple and sensitive spectrophotometric method for the accurate determination of ascorbic acid was developed in this paper. It was based on the scavenging effect of ascorbic acid on DPPH·. The detection limit was 5×10-8g/ml ascorbic acid. The calibration graph was linear over the range 7×10-8~7×10-6g/ml and relative standard deviation was 3.5%(C=3.3 × 10-7g/ml,n=6).The method was applied to the determination of ascorbic acid in pure solutions. medicinal tablets and vegetables.
