Abstract: The methods of using the organic solvent depositing and different chromatographic columns such as Silica gel column,Polyamide column,Sephadex G- 25 column to isolate and purify the soyasaponin and isoflavone from methanol extracts from soybean germ wrer studied.Furthermore,the results of these methods were compared.
