摘要: 本文采用HACCP原理针对冷冻干燥山野菜生产过程中影响其产品质量的各类因素进行分析,确定了保证其产品质量的关键控制点并提出了各关键控制点的预防措施和质量要求与标准。

Abstract: Usings the principle of HACCP, The effect of freeze-dried wild vegetable were studied in this paper. The keyedcontrol points of product quality were digined. The prevented means of these control points and the quality standard wereshowed in this article.
