摘要/Abstract

摘要： 蜂胶的基本成分是黄酮类化合物,约有二十多种。另外,还有多种维生素、氨基酸、微量元素和多种活性的酶类、醇类、脂类、酸类等物质。实验表明,与饲喂高脂饲料的对照组大鼠相比,给予高剂量的蜂胶可使血清TC浓度显著降低、HDL-C/TC比值显著升高,均有统计学上的显著差异(p<0.05)。实验未见到蜂胶对血清甘油三酯水平有明显作用。根据《保健食品功能学评价程序和检验方法》中的判断标准,可以认为蜂胶具有调节血脂的作用。

Abstract: The Propolis’s basic component is the flavonoids,about 20 kinds or so. Besides, it also includes multivitamin, aminoacids, microelements, many active enzymes,spirits,lipids and acids.The experiment showed that in comparison with the miceof the control which were fed on the high lipids, the high dosage proplis could obviously reduce the concentration of TC in theblood serum, and obviously increase the HDL-C/TC ratio. Both of them had the obvious sginificance by the statistics(p<0.05).The effect of proplis on the level of the triglyceride in the blood serum had not been found in the expenriment. According to thejudgement standard of 《The way and procedure of evaluating healthy food function》 it was believed that propolis showedthe regulation effect of the blood lipids.
