克伦特罗残留的分析方法研究

摘要: 本文建立了用液相色谱串联质谱(LC/MS/MS)定量分析动物组织中克伦特罗残留的方法。使用三级四极串联质谱(MS/MS)的多反应监测(MRM)技术,正离子采集模式,监测转换离子对m/z277→259,以MRM离子流峰面积作为定量依据。方法线性范围:0.14~60.00μg/L(γ=0.99985),定量检测限:0.07μg/kg,在猪肉中加入克伦特罗标准样品的回收率在90%以上,样品一次分析时间为3min。此法灵敏、快速、准确,可应用于动物组织中各种药物残留的分析。

Abstract: A reliable method for quatitive analysis of clenbuterol by liquid chromatograph couple of tandem mass spectrometry was estiblished. Multi-reactions monitoring (MRM) technology of triple-quadrupole tandem mass spectrometer, positive scan mode was employed. Transition ion pair of m/z277→259 was selected as MRM ions pair. The areas of MRM ion flow peaks were used to determine the quantity of clenbuterol. The standard curve for clenbuterol showed good linearity over the concentration range of 0.14 ̄60μg/L(γ=0.99985). The recoveries of clenbuterol at added standard to pork were above 90%, the limited of quantitative detection was 0.07μg/L, and the running time of each sample was 3 minutes. This method was highly sensitive, fast, and very accurate. Therefore, it is possible to be applied to study the residue of various medicine in animal tissues.
