反相液相色谱法测定芦荟制品中芦荟苷的含量

摘要: 采用甲醇直接超声提取、反相液相色谱法测定芦荟制品中芦荟苷的含量。使用KromasilC18柱,乙腈:水(体积比25:75)为流动相,流速1.0ml/min,波长359nm。方法平均回收率97.8%,RSD在0.75~3.8%(n=5)之间。本法简便、快速、准确可靠。

Abstract: This paper reported a method for determining aloin in aloe products by RP-HPLC. After being extracted with methanolby ultrasonic, aloin was separated on a Kromasil C18 column with acetonitrile-water(25:75 by volume) as a mobile phase at a flowrate of 1.0ml/min and detected at 359nm. The average recovery was 97.8% and the relative standard deviations(n=5) was 0.75~3.8%. This method was proved to be simple,rapid,accurate and reliable.
