菜籽饼粕多糖的超声辅助碱提、纯化及理化性质研究

摘要: 本文采用超声辅助氢氧化钠提取菜籽饼粕中的多糖(RSPS),优化了提取条件,并对其进行Sevage法脱蛋白,DEAE-SephadexA-25柱和SephadexG-100柱分离,得到四个级分多糖(RSPS1~4),进而初步研究了其理化性质,并对其中两个较纯级分的多糖采用HPLC法进行了单糖组成分析。

Abstract:  The polysaccharide on repseed meal was extracted with ultrasonic-NaOH in this paper, the condition was optimized, and the protein was removed by Sevage, RSPS1~4 were obtained by purify RSPS by DEAE-Sephadex A-25 and Sephadex G- 100. The physical and chemical characteristic of RSPS1~4 were analyzed and the monosaccharide content of RSPS-2 and RSPS-3 were analyzed by HPLC.
