红薯叶茎系统溶剂提取物抑菌作用研究

摘要: 研究红薯叶茎系统溶剂提取物抑菌的作用。分别对红薯叶茎的石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯、丙酮、乙醇和水提取液进行抑制大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、志贺杆菌、葡枝根霉和黑曲霉的实验,以苯甲酸钠和丙酸钙为对照组。结果表明,红薯叶茎的提取液对细菌具有较强的抑制作用,丙酮和乙醇提取物的抑菌效果优于其它溶剂;红薯叶茎的提取液对霉菌抑制效果均优于对照组,石油醚和氯仿提取物抑制霉菌的效果优于其它溶剂。

Abstract: The bacteriostasis of systematic solvents extracts from sweet potato stem and leaf (SPSL) was studied. Six systematic solvents extracts were conducted foe the inhibitory effects against bacillus (Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and Shiga bacillus) and fungus (Rhizopus stolonifer and Aspergillus niger). Calcium propionate and sodium benzoate were chosen for control groups. The results indicated that SPSL were good at restraining bacillus. The acetone extract and ethanol extract had strong effect on inhibition of bacillus than others’. The inhibitory effects of SPSL on fungus were better than control groups’. The petroleum ether extract and chloroform extract had strong effect on inhibition of fungus than others’.
