摘要: 本文利用正交试验对选出的四种植物进行复配,首先通过抑菌实试验确定复配比例,再进行正交试验优化超临界萃取工艺,确定最佳提取工艺。

Abstract:
 In this article,four plants were combined by using orthogonal test. Antimicrobial effect of liquid of plant extracted and essential oils extracted by supercritical CO2 in vitro was studied. Based on antimicrobial effect of essential oil,the optimum conditions for supercritical fluid extraction was obtained.
