津沪地区原料奶中金黄色葡萄球菌的污染情况研究

摘要: 金黄色葡萄球菌是影响原料奶质量的微生物之一,它能产生高温灭菌被破坏的肠毒素。近年来,由金黄色葡萄球菌肠毒素引发的食物中毒事件屡见不鲜,严重影响到消费者的身体健康。本研究是利用黄色葡萄球菌金标特异性单克隆检测试板和金黄色葡萄球菌快速检验测试片对天津周边地区及上海共84个原料奶样品进行检测和调查。结果表明,原料奶市场的微生物污染状况不容乐观。通过本研究确定金黄色葡萄球菌金标特异性单克隆抗体快速检测试板是一种快速、简便、准确的检测产品,值得在原料奶市场大力推广。

Abstract:  Staphylococcus aureus is one of the microbe which affect the quality of the raw milk.It can produce enterotoxin which can not be destroyed by the high temperature sterilization. Enterotoxin is harmful to the human body.The Staphylococcus aureus golden marked specificity single-clone test plate and the petrifilm staph express count plate were used in the research to verify altogether 84 raw milk samples collected from Tianjin and Shanghai.The results indicated that the microbial contamination condition in raw milk is unoptimistic.It proved the Staphylococcus aureus golden marked specificity monoclonal antibody test plate is a kind of fast,convenient and veracious examination product through the research.It is worth to popularize in raw milk market.
