转基因食品安全性引发的消费者态度研究

摘要: 转基因食品是生物技术领域的重要应用之一。本文主要研究了转基因食品的安全性及转基因食品管理过程中实施的标签制度所引起的消费者态度的变化,并得出结论:如果对转基因食品实行标识制度,将会导致其销售量降低。这就需要政府部门加紧对转基因食品的管理,倡导理性消费。

Abstract:  Genetically-modified (GM) food is one of the most significant applications. This paper studied the safety of GM foods,and consumers’ attitudes change because of the labeling administration policy,which came to the conclusion that the labeling policy would decrease the sale of GM foods. Therefore,the government ought to administrate GM foods more seriously,and call for rational consumption.
