蝇蛆几丁低聚糖咀嚼片的加工工艺及降血脂功能研究

Processing Technics of Oligo-chitosan Chewing Tablets from Housefly Larvae and Its Function of Lowering Hyperlipemia

摘要: 本文着重研究了蝇蛆几丁低聚糖咀嚼片的加工工艺及其降血脂作用。结果表明:在制软材时,以乙醇溶液为溶剂调配蝇蛆几丁低聚糖配料时较以水为溶剂调配的效果要好,乙醇浓度又以30%,乙醇溶液添加量为原料的8%(V/W)时,制软材效果最好;向造好的颗粒中添加0.2%(W/W)硬脂酸镁为润滑剂,其压片效果最佳;动物实验和人群实验均显示蝇蛆几丁低聚糖咀嚼片具有显著的调节血脂作用。

Abstract: The processing technics of oligo-chitosan chewing tablets processed from housefly larvae and its function of lowering hyperlipemia were studied in this paper. The results indicated that the use of ethanol as solvent was better than water. When the concentration of the ethanol was 30% and the amount added was 8% (V/W), they were the optimal conditions to make granules. When magnesium was added 0.2%(W/W), it made extrude the tablets satisfactorily. The results of animal and crowd tests showed that oligo-chitosan extracted from housefly larvae has remarkable function of lowering hyperlipemia.
