摘要: 采用Duffau蒸馏法对谷朊粉生产废水中的戊聚糖进行测定。测定结果表明:Duffau蒸馏法的重复性和回收率均达到分析要求,并且分析结果准确可靠;谷朊粉生产废水中戊聚糖的含量为0.1938~0.2939g/100ml。

Abstract: Duffau distillation method for pentosans assay in waste water of wheat glutenin processing was studied. The results indicated that the reproducibility and percent recovery of Duffau distillation method all meet the requisition of analytical experimentation, and the analytical results are accurate. The contents of waste water pentosans in wheat glutenin processing are between 0.1938~0.2939g/100ml.
