摘要: 本实验研究了乌榄果皮色素的提取时的最佳条件,以及提取液的稳定性和各种添加剂对提取液稳定性的影响。

Abstract: In this paper,the optimum conditions of extracting pigment from the skin of Canarium pimela,the extracive stability and the effects of different additives on the stability of extractive were studied.
