生防菌枯草芽孢杆菌BS-Z的分批发酵动力学初探

Primary Study on Kinetics Model of Bacillus subtilis Batch Fermentation

摘要: 对分离得到的一株对柑橘采后绿霉病、青霉病有良好生防作用的枯草芽孢杆菌(BS-Z)进行了70-L发酵罐分批发酵实验,在分批发酵实验中,分别采用Logistic方程、Luedeking-Piret方程和Luedeking-Piret-like方程,研究了该菌株的菌体生长、抑菌物质形成以及底物消耗等特性,得到了描述分批发酵过程的动力学模型和模型参数,模型计算值与实验数据拟合度分别为0.9934、0.8312、0.9455。模型基本反映了该生防菌株分批发酵过程的动力学特征。

Abstract: The fermentation process of Bacillus subtilis,an antagonist for postharvest biological control of green mold and blue mold on citrus fruit,was studied in a 70-L batch system.A simple model was proposed with the Logistic equation for growth, the Luedeking-Piret equation for antifungal substance production and Luedeking-Piret-like equation for substrate consumption, respectively.The fit values of the three models are 0.9934,0.8312 and 0.9455,respectively.The model appeares to provide a reasonable description for each parameter during the growth phase.
