山楂黄酮最佳提取工艺探讨

To Probe into Optimum Flavonoids Extraction from Hawthorn Fruits

摘要: 目的:研究提取工艺对提取山楂总黄酮含量的影响。方法:采用单因素和正交试验法方法研究不同工艺条件对山楂黄酮提取效率的影响,最后采用响应曲面分析法,确定最佳浸提工艺及相关工艺参数。结果:溶剂:70%乙醇;超声波频率:40kHz;超声波作用时间:15min;料液比:1:40。结论:乙醇超声波提取方法具有操作简单、超声波作用时间短、纯度高、得率高、无需加热,剩余物无有害残留,可以综合利用。

Abstract: Objective: To study extraction technology of flavonoids from hawthorn fruits. Methods: Single factor and orthogonal test were used to study the different extraction conditions to extract flavonoids from hawthorn fruits, and then the response surface methodology was used to obtain the optimum parameters to extract flavonoids in hawthorn. Results: Solvent: 70% ethanol; supersonic wave frequency: 40 kHz; time of supersonic action 15 min; the material to liquid 1:40. Conclusion: The ethanol supersonic wave draws that the the operation is simple, time short purity high yeild high and no need for heat, the residual is unharmful to be disposed, and can be applied multipurposely.
