线性扫描极谱法测定辣椒粉中的苏丹红Ⅱ

Determination of SudanⅡ in Chili Powder with Linear Sweep Polarography

摘要: 以乙醇为辅助溶剂,在BR缓冲溶液(pH8.0)体系中,采用线性扫描极谱法研究苏丹红Ⅱ的极谱波,实验发现,苏丹红Ⅱ在Ep=-0.85V处产生了一个灵敏的还原峰。峰电流与苏丹红Ⅱ浓度在1×10-8~1.6×10-7mol/L范围内呈线性关系,相关系数r=0.9978,检出限为1.6×10-9mol/L。此法可用于辣椒粉中苏丹红Ⅱ的检测,结果满意。回收率在88.8%~103.2%。

Abstract: SudanⅡ shows a sensitive reduction peak at -0.85 V on its linear sweep polarogram in a buffer solution of Britton-Robinson(BR)(pH8.0) with alcohol selected as a co-solvent to dissolve it. The peak current is linearly proportional to the concentration of sudanⅡin the range of 1×10-8 mol/L to 1.6×10-7 mol/L with coefficient of 0.9978. The detection limit is 1.6×10-9 mol/L. This method was applied to the determination of sudanⅡ in chili powder. The recoveries are 88.8% to 103.2%.
